HAR §21-3-9. Administrative fine for failure to file

(a) The commission shall notify filers of the failure to timely file a disclosure and the applicable administrative fo1e. The commission 1m1y notify such individuals by electronic mail to the person's slate electronic ma iI address, first-class mail, or personal service. (b) If notice is sent via electronic mail, the ten-day period described in section 84-I7(i), HRS, shall 11111 from the elate the electronic mail is sent.
