(a) Where an offeror ofa gin does not specify a recipient within an office, and the legislator or supervisor of the receiving offi ce knows or reasonably should !mow of the gift, the gift is presumed to be a girt to the legislator or supervisor. (b) A gift to a family member of a legislator or employee is presumed to be a gift lo a legislator or employee where: ( I) The gin is offered because of the famil}' mem ber's relationship to the legislator or employee; and (2) The legislator or employee l>,11ows or reasonably should k.now of the gift.
