HAR §3-111-15. Vehicle operation
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 3-111-15
The driving and
riding of vehicles including but not limited to,
automobiles, trucks, vans, motorcycles, mopeds,
scooters, motorized bicycles, and bicycles, shall be
done only on designated roads, provided that any such
operation which exceeds the posted speed limit, or
which endangers persons or property, is prohibited.
