HAR §3-11-14. Exceptions

If a requirement of these rules and regulations results in an undue hardship for an agency, the comptroller may, upon written request of the head of the agency, grant an exception to the requirement. Each such exception granted by the comptroller shall be by written memorandum. [Eff. MARCH 30, 1981 ] (Auth: HRS §40-84) (Imp: HRS §40-84) 11-5 Chapter 11, Title 3, Administrative Rules entitled Rules and Regulations for the Administration and Accountability of Petty Cash Funds, were adopted on March 19, 198l following a public hearing held on February 13, 1981 after public notice was given in the Honolulu Star Bulletin and the Honolulu Advertiser on January 22, 1981. 3.
