HAR §3-30-11. Cancellation of parking assignments

A permittee who wishes to cancel a parking permit shall notify the parking control office at least twenty calendar days in advance of the cancellation date, fill out appropriate cancellation forms, and submit issued decals, placards, or permits or evidence that the decals placards, or permits have been destroyed. The cancellation shall become effective on the fifteen day of the month or the last day of the month. Noncompliance with the notice requirement shall result in forfeiture of any refund due.
