HAR §3-95-6. Applicability of ruling
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 3-95-6
A ruling on a
petition shall apply only to the fact situation
contained in the petition or as set forth in the
ruling. A ruling shall not apply to different fact
situations or to situations where additional facts,
not contained in the petition, exist. [Eff: Feb 12,
