This chapter shall be deemed to be severable, and in the event a section of this chapter is determined to be invalid, such invalidity shall affect that section only and not invalidate this chapter in its entirety. [Eff 3/6/92; comp ] (Auth: HRS §91-2) (Imp: HRS §91-2) 153-42 Amendments to and compilation of chapter 153, title 4, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary Page dated July 23, 1998 were adopted on July 23, 1998, following public hearings held on June 15, 1998, June 16, 1998, June 17, 1998, and June 18, 1998, after public notices were given in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Hawaii Tribune-Herald, West Hawaii Today, The Garden Island, and The Molokai Dispatch on May 14, 1998. These amendments to and compilation of chapter 4- 153, Hawaii Administrative Rules shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. JAMES J.
