HAR §4-153-5. Application for leases

(a) Unless otherwise provided in a public notice of disposition of agricultural park lands, the applicant shall file an application with the department at the following location: Agricultural Resource Management Division State Department of Agriculture 1428 South King Street Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 Mailing address: P. O. Box 22159 Honolulu, HI 96823-2159 (b) The applicant shall file an application on forms furnished by the department, together with any supporting documentation required to verify qualification. Financial statements in a format acceptable to the department are required as part of the application. (c) The department shall require a completed application for review and shall notify the applicant of a deficient application. If the applicant fails to provide the necessary documentation or correction within ten (10) days of notification of deficiency, the application shall be deemed incomplete and disapproved.
