# DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
The repeal of Chapter 4-155, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary Page dated September 27, 2005, was adopted on September 27, 2005, following public hearings held on September 7 and 8, 2005, after public notice was given in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Hawaii Tribune-Herald, West Hawaii Today, The Maui News, and The Garden Island on August 3, 2005.
The repeal of Chapter 4-155 shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
