HAR §4-16-6. Quarantine area-feedlot

(a) All commercial feed yards which receive and feed animals from more than one herd are hereby declared quarantine zones. (b) No animals shall be moved from these quarantine areas except to a licensed slaughterhouse or another commercial feedlot.
