(2) In the absence of any documentation supporting the labeled claims, tests may be conducted by the manufacturer or distributor in accordance with established procedures of the environmental protection agency to verify the label claims. The results of the tests shall be submitted to the administrator within one hundred and eighty-one days of receipt of the administrator's request.
