HAR §4-1-10. Public records; requests for public records; fees

(a) All public records of the board shall be available for inspection by any person during office hours except as otherwise provided by section 92-51, HRS. (b) All requests for inspection or copies of public records shall be submitted to the board in writing. The request shall: (1) State the name, address, and phone number of the requestor; (2) Give the reason for the request; (3) Properly designate documents requested; and (4) Give the date of the request. (c) The fee to be charged for copies of public records shall be in accordance with section 92-21, HRS. (d) As used in this section, "public records" do not include "personal records" as defined in section 92E-1(3), HRS.
