HAR §4-22-2. Definition

As used in this chapter,
unless the context otherwise requires:

"Division" means division of animal industry,
department of agriculture;
“Office of International Epizootics” or “OIE”
means the international governing body that sets
standards for animal health;
“State veterinarian” means the veterinary program
administrator in the division of animal industry,
