HAR §4-27-5. Fees
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 4-27-5
The recording fee for each brand shall
include a registration fee or a transfer fee. The following
fees are established:
(1) Registration fee - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $10; and
(2) Transfer fee - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $5
