HAR §10-4-2. General Plan

The department shall
develop and maintain a general plan providing for the
development and use of land needed for the purposes of
the act. The general plan shall be based upon
sociological, financial and economic considerations,
among others. A public hearing shall be held before a
general plan is adopted or amended. [Eff 7/30/81; am
