HAR §4-66-44. Notice of enforcement action
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 4-66-44
Publication of judgments of the courts in cases arising
under the criminal or seizure provisions of the Act or
these rules, and any final order issued by the department
for violation of the Act or these rules, may be made in
the form of notices, circulars, or bulletins as the head
may direct.
