HAR §11-37-33. Packaging

The immediate container that is in contact with the crude extract or manufactured hemp product shall be made of material that:

(1) Protects the crude extract or manufactured hemp product from contamination and does not impart any toxic or harmful substance to the crude extract or manufactured hemp product; and
