HAR §4-71A-10. Site Inspection

(a) Site inspection
and approval by the department are required before a
permit is issued.
(b) The site shall be in compliance with the
following:
(1) Use, facility, equipment, procedures, and
safeguards proposed and described in the
import request, as approved by the board or
chief; and
