HAR §4-72-3. Inspectional requirements

(a) Except as provided in section 4-72-4(c), plants, propagative plant parts, and soil shall be inspected prior to being transported between the islands of the State. A certificate of inspection shall indicate satisfaction of the requirement for inspection.
