HAR §11-37-46. Permit issuance, term, and conditions

(a) Upon the department's determination that an applicant has met the requirements of section 11-37-42 or 11-37-43, confirmation that the applicant or its representative does not have a disqualifying conviction for a state or federal felony related to a controlled substance during the ten years prior to the date the application is submitted, and payment of the application fee, and contingent upon compliance with this chapter and chapter 328G, HRS, the department may issue a permit to the applicant. (b) A permit shall have a term of one year. (c) A permit shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred to another person.
