HAR §5-11-1. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 5-11-1
This chapter is intended to
clarify and implement chapter 456, Hawaii Revised
Statutes (HRS), as amended, to the end that the
provisions thereunder, for the protection of the
general public, may best be effectuated and the public
interest most effectively served.
