HAR §5-1-6. Public information and submittals

(a) Any person may obtain information available for
public dissemination concerning the activities of the
department from the appropriate offices of the
department during established business hours.
(b) Any person may file in the office of the
director requests, objections, or views on any matter
in any proceedings before the department in accordance
