DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
The repeal of Chapter 5-22, Hawaii Administrative
Rules, on the Summary Page dated November 6, 2015, was
adopted on November 6, 2015, after public notice was given
in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, The Maui News, The Garden
Island, West Hawaii Today and Hawaii Tribune-Herald
newspapers on October 5, 2015.
The repeal of Chapter 5-22 shall take effect ten days
after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
