HAR §5-31-18. §5-31-18 Interstate locate

(a) Requests from other jurisdictions for locate services only shall be processed pursuant to section 5-31-17(a). (b) Results of actions completed to locate a non-custodial parent shall be communicated to the requesting jurisdiction. No further action shall be required by the agency unless specified by the requesting jurisdiction and determined to be appropriate by the agency.
