HAR §5-31-40. Retention and reproduction of records

(a) Case records shall be retained by the agency for at least three years from the date of closure, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §74.53. (b) The agency may require payment of a reasonable fee for the reproduction and processing of records from the requestor.
