HAR §5-51-61. Responsibility of the prosecuting attorney

The prosecuting attorney shall be responsible for responding to and appearing at all 20 proceedings and hearings regarding or relating to the seizure and forfeiture of property that is the subject of a petition for administrative forfeiture, including but not limited to, any hearings on motions for return of property, motions to set aside an illegal judgment, or reconsideration of a court order.
