HAR §6-21-12. Certification
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 6-21-12
On such form as may be prescribed by
the system, or on such form as is being used by the employing agency,
the agency responsible for the maintenance of sick leave records shall
certify the amount of unused sick leave at the time of retirement or
