HAR §6-21-2. Retirement
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 6-21-2
Any legislator or former legislator who has
been enrolled as a member in accordance with section 6-21-1 shall be
retired in accordance with sections 88-73 and 88-74, Hawaii Revised
