HAR §7-32-8. Flags
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 7-32-8
(a) The United States flag shall be flown over the cemetery continually.
(b) The flag shall be flown at half-staff on Memorial Day and during interment services and
wreath-laying ceremonies.
