HAR §8-200.7-18. Rewinding of videos
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 8-200.7-18
A library customer shall rewind a
borrowed video before it is returned to a public library. The failure
of a library customer to rewind the video upon return, and requiring
the public library to rewind the video may result in the library
assessing the customer a charge of $1 per video. [Eff 05/24/2010]
