HAR §8-210.2-9. Notice of determination

The state librarian shall promptly notify the petitioner in writing of a determination either to deny the petition or to initiate rulemaking procedures. If the state librarian denies the petition, the state librarian shall state the reasons for the denial in the notice to the petitioner.
