HAR §8-28-1. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 8-28-1
The purpose of this chapter is to provide safe
transportation of students by setting safety regulations relating to
passenger conduct, passenger safety instructions, disciplinary
procedures, and school bus driver's responsibility and authority.
