HAR §11-452-1. General

This chapter sets forth the
minimum requirements for the implementation,
administration, and enforcement of Act 170, SLH 2006.
These requirements are set forth to allow for the
identification, decontamination and cleanup of
methamphetamine manufacturing sites and protection of
the State's first responder community.
