HAR §8-34-2. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 8-34-2
This chapter sets forth requirements to ensure the
protection of the educational rights and privacy of students and
parents in conformance with federal laws. If any change occurs in the
federal laws, those changes in the federal law shall control. [Eff.
