HAR §8-37-9. Competing with private businesses
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 8-37-9
School cafeterias shall not
operate so as to compete with private businesses by catering to
non-school persons or organizations. They are not to solicit or
accept orders for food from school when such food is to be taken from
the school for non-school use. Community colleges are exempted for
essential training purposes as approved by their respective advisory
