HAR §8-510-6. Record on appeal
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 8-510-6
Within seven days of the filing of
the notice of appeal, the authorizer shall transmit to the board
the entire record relating to the decision being appealed, and
shall transmit to the appellant an index of the record which was
transmitted to the board.
