HAR §11-453-22. Determination of reportable quantities

(a) This section designates the reportable quantities for the extremely hazardous substances and hazardous substances designated pursuant to section 11-453-21. (b) The reportable quantities for extremely hazardous substances will be their respective reportable quantities as defined in title 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 355, appendices A and B, as amended. (c) The reportable quantities for hazardous substances will be the quantity of a hazardous material stated in the various lists of hazardous substances as defined in section 128D-3, HRS, and designated in section 11-451-6.
