HAR §8-62-38. Judicial review of contested cases

Any person aggrieved by a final decision and order in a contested case before the merit appeals board is entitled to judicial review. Proceedings for review shall be instituted in the circuit court within thirty days after service of the certificated copy of the final decision is made upon the parties.
