HAR §11-453-24. Applicability of other release reporting requirements to facilities subject to emergency release notification requirements

Facilities subject to the emergency release notification requirements of this subchapter must also comply with the release notification requirements for all other applicable statutes and rules including but not limited to hazardous substances established in sections 11-451-4 through 11-451-7 and reporting requirements established under title 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 302, as necessary.
