HAR §11-45-126. Purpose and scope

This subchapter establishes
requirements for the receipt, possession, production, preparation,
compounding, use, and transfer of radionuclides in the healing
arts. The requirements of this subchapter are in addition to, and
not in substitution for, other requirements in this chapter.
