HAR §11-45-75. Transfer for disposal and manifests

The
transfer of low-level radioactive waste intended for disposal at a
low-level radioactive waste disposal facility, shipment manifests,
and certification of the waste generator, shall meet the
requirements of the Northwest Interstate Compact on Low-Level

§11-45-76 Compliance with environmental and health
protection regulations. Nothing in subchapter 4 relieves the
licensee from complying with other applicable federal, state, and
local regulations governing any other toxic or hazardous
properties of materials that may be disposed of pursuant to
