HAR §11-58.1-05. Inspections
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 11-58.1-05
The director, in accordance with
the law may enter and inspect the facility for the purpose of
investigating an actual or suspected source of solid waste, or
other pollution; ascertaining compliance or non-compliance with
any rule, or standard promulgated by the department; and making
reasonable tests in connection therewith.
