Disposal of radioactive
waste at all solid waste disposal facilities shall be subject to
regulation or control pursuant to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
commission, the Hawaii Administrative Rules, and the Hawaii
Revised Statutes, whichever is more stringent.
