HAR §11-72-5. Penalties

In addition to any other appropriate action to enforce this chapter, the director may assess fines as provided in Section 321-18, Hawaii Revised Statutes after a hearing held in accordance with Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes. [Eff. AUG 12 1995] (Auth: HRS §§321-233, 321-18) (Imp. HRS §321-233)
