The Department of Health authorized the repeal of Chapter 48, Public Health Regulations, and the adoption of Chapter 72 of Title 11, Administrative Rules on AUG 12 1985 following public hearings held on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii on May 1, 1985 after public notice was given in the Honolulu Advertiser on April 10, 1985, in the Garden Island on April 3, 1985, in the Maui News on April 10, 1985, and in the Hawaii Tribune-Herald, Ltd. on April 10, 1985.
Chapter 72 of Title 11, Administrative Rules, and the Repeal of Chapter 48, Public Health Regulations, shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
