HAR §11-800-51. Insurance requirements

(a)
The home shall obtain, maintain, and keep in force through an insurance company authorized to do business in the State, or that meets the requirements of section 431:8-301, HRS, if using an insurance company not authorized to do business in the State, the following liability insurance, as appropriate:
(1) General;
(2) Automobile; and
(3) Errors and omissions.
