HAR §11-850-144. Ingredient statement

(a) All ingredients shall be listed on the label in order of prominence by weight and shall be preceded by the word "Ingredients". (b) The common or usual name of ingredients shall be consistent with the names standardized in: (1) For ingredients that are botanicals (including fungi and algae): Herbs of Commerce, third edition, published by the American Herbal Products Association. The listing of these names on the label shall be followed by statements of: (A) The part of the plant (e.g., root, leaves) from which the ingredient is 850-125 3611.
