HAR §11-850-61. tracking system is fully operable

The dispensary licensee shall notify the department immediately upon the breach or failure, and again when it resumes operations. (e) In the event the department's computer software tracking system is inoperable or is not functioning properly, the department may implement an alternate tracking system to temporarily enable qualifying patients, primary caregivers, qualifying out-of-state patients, or caregivers of qualifying out-of-state patients to purchase medical cannabis or manufactured cannabis products from a licensed dispensary.
