HAR §11-89-15. (f) Arrangements and provision for social activities shall be provided through private or public resources

(g) The administrator or caregiver shall arrange or provide means of transportation for residents to:
(1) Visit physician and other medical providers;
(2) Make facility transfers; or
(3) Engage in activities outside the home.
