HAR §11-95-100. Severability
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 11-95-100
If any provision of this
chapter or the application thereof to any person or
circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this
chapter or the application of the provisions to other
persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
